Service Number  – Royal Engineers, 497th Field Coy.

Died of wounds on 12th April 1918 aged 28. The Company diary states that he was wounded in the stomach and taken to an Advanced Dressing Station where he died.

Buried at Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery in Belgium.
